A copy of the child’s Birth Certificate.
Two (2) recent passport-sized photographs of the child.
Previous School Reports (for students transferring into Class 1 – Class 7).
Completed Medical Information Form (provided by the school).

1. Inquiry & Visit We invite you to visit our campus in Katoro, Geita. Tours are available Monday-Friday (8:00 AM -4:00 PM). Meet our Headmaster and see our “Grade A” classrooms in action. OR, Apply online
2. Placement Assessment To ensure your child is placed in a level where they will thrive, we conduct a friendly academic assessment in literacy and numeracy.
3. Registration & Enrollment Once accepted, parents complete the official registration form and pay the admission fee to secure their child’s spot in the Websong family.
